You can talk to someone usually in less than 30 mins. I usually use the Chat Option.
Please follow the instructions below

Click this link, Contact Shopify Support, and log in to your store.

You should be routed to the page like the image below.
- Then select Starting Store. This will open another page like below.
- Scroll down and you should see the options to contact Shopify Support.
Thank you for your imput. Maybe they disabled those options for me because my only choices are email and community. I have tried both.
