Why is G Suite not recognizing my added MX records?

hello I had added g suite as a Email hosting provider but ON G suite it keeping telling me its its MX is missing

and it already mx add automatically to mx shopify please solve my problem to verified my email on g suite and thank you .

Sorry to hear that you’re having issues with setting up your email with GSuite.

Can you confirm that you followed the steps exactly as they are outlined on our help doc here? The most important part before starting is to verify your domain. Please let me know if all these steps were actioned on your end.

I can see that you mentioned that there was an automatic process that occurred through your Shopify admin for the MX records. Can you tell me if you’re seeing any error messages from our end of things? Are you able to see the MX record from your Shopify account?

Here is what we would like to suggest -

  1. If your domain is disconnected, from the previous provider.
  2. Open your G Suite admin.
  3. On the G Suite admin setting panel, you will get your txt. record or MX record.
  4. You just need to copy the MX record in your domain.
  5. Now you will get an option to add an MX record after clicking domain on the Shopify admin panel.
  6. Paste the MX record and click the verify button on the G Suite admin panel.
  7. After verification G Suite would be set perfectly on Shopify.
