Why is identification verification needed for dropshipping?

I need help with thjs section jts asking me to verify my identification which is fine but i dont have an actual store for campony house i only wanted to do dropshipping why is it asking me for company house number

Which country are you based in? Are you being asked for this information when you set up Shopify Payments? If so, did you list your business as an LLC when signing up?

I dont have a business and im from the uki dont know what LLC is

An LLC is a Limited Liability Company. Where are you being asked for a company house number? Please be as specific as you can.

Hi, @Savas45 . This is likely due to the country you chose when you set up your Shopify Store and when you’re setting up a gateway.

Please try setting up a new store and accurately select your country and payment gateway.

Or double check to make sure that you’ve put the right address within your admin.
