Why is it so hard to contact a live agent on Shopify?

Shopify is so inconvenient for merchants . For one you can’t speak with a live agent 2 the automated chat says the same thing over and over .

I recently one a chargeback after my store was closed WRONGFULLY and I have a payout pending and can’t access it to change my bank information because they have my store closed . This is such a big inconvenience on Shopify end .I can’t even get in touch with anyone I’m getting very frustrated

Are you able to connect to a live agent there, or are you experiencing a long wait time?

In any case, you should be able to select the option to get support via email in order to proceed.

Would you have been contacted originally by any of our teams about the status of your store?

If so, you can reply to that team via the original email contact if you have any questions about the situation.

I need my store reopened . Shopify closed if falsely and I won the
chargeback . I need to update my bank info to receive my payout and I need
to have my store reopened
