I have an issue with a shipping adjustment and trying to figure out how to contact shopify about it. Anything I search brings me to the shopify help center and gives me 0 information on how to contact shopify support directly. any info would be greatly appreciated. thanks

You can use this link to have a direct chat with Shopify support.
None of these links work. This is acrtually shocking how massive companies can just shut you out when you pay them so much. This is my business that I am experiencing huge issues with and cannot even contact customer support.
@lauren500000000 check the answer I posted earlier, I just tested those steps and it still works.
If it doesn’t work for you it’s probably a browser issue, in that case either clear cookies / cache, go to incognito mode, or try a new browser.
This does not work
I need to contact shopify about a payment that is being deducted from my bank account even though i dont have a shopyfy shop or account. I dont know how to contact them about this issue as there is no phone number or evn an email adress. I have had to open a free trail today just to make contact and that is not working either.
