Hi! We have been waiting over a month to get a reply via email about Shopify holding over 20.000 USD in funds. Nobody has replied despite 15 emails on the ticket.
I’ve contacted “support” through their chat 5 times because they closed down all other support channels. They once said they created a ticket and would get back to me in a day, yet nobody has reached out in over a week.
I now just waited 1 hour and 30 minutes to get connected to an agent named “Laura” > Sent her the messages and she hasn’t replied in over 30 minutes!
How on earth are we able to talk to someone??? I am shocked that they can legally run their operations like this! How can you hold 20.000 USD for over a month and leave customers in the dark about the location of funds or any additional information that would reassure us?
It’s impossible to talk to anybody!
The image below is from a conversation I currently have open. It has now been 30 minutes since i sent my last message and haven’t received a single reply! The only message i got was that the agent was connected after waiting 1 h and 30 minutes!
