- I just git charged fir $199 for what??? I sign up for the basic plan and now this svmcrewed me completely over on other bills!! Why on earth would Shopify do this when it wasn’t remotely close to advertised that this was a possibility??? I need this account closed and a refund immediately! I have bills that my store can’t come close to covering! It’s a t-shirt shop for Christ sake! A not so successful one at that! Now I read through the forum and see what a nightmare others are having trying to get customer support! I’m am so livid right now!! Happy New Year huh?
Sign out of your account, go to Shopify help center, type in the AI chat bot to speak to someone. Hit the button above the text box that says “I can’t access my account”. It should give you a link. Scroll down after you click it until you see a button that says “chat with us” it’ll connect you to a real person. Hope you get your money back soon
