As pointed out by @MBYOnline the store appears to be working, although it does say that the store is closed for the holidays.

I took the opportunity to have a quick look at your store and thought I’d share a Buyer’s Trust 101 guide. It’s a list of elements you might want to cross-reference your store against to ensure you’re really doing everything to engage, encourage and elicit trust from your visitors and prospective customers.

I can see that you have a healthy following on Instagram, but do you have anything else by way of a content strategy in place? It would help to broaden your reach and grow your customer base, as you would not be restricting yourself to just one social channel.
