i uploaded a 1920 x 1080 video. i get sound but no video.
strange because earlier i had uploaded a 1080 x 1920 video and it showed both video and sound.
using the vantage theme.
any help is much appreciated.

Or looking to add this as part of your product media?
I was able to find the preferred images sizes and ratios for this theme, but could not locate the preferred video dimensions. My suggestion would be to reach out directly to your theme developers to see if they can provide some additional information in regards to the preferred dimensions or methods of uploading videos to the theme.
