Hello there, As I want to sale my products in UAE region and after recommendations from Shopify and other reviews, I’ve setup 2checkout payment gateway for my Asian customers. My store was already launch with products live, now my customers want to pay via credit cards and 2checkout throw error at checkout, please do the needful and guide me how can I solve error, as we have already loss sale. I have PayPal active too in my store but mostly my clients don’t have PayPal

As you are using a third party payment gateway, we cannot determine what is causing this error. In addition to that, I did search up the error code online, however was unable to find a definitive answer for your issue. If you’re able to reach out to them here at this linkand see if there are any issues with the service, that would probably be the best way forward.
In the meantime, it may be a good idea to enable a different payment gateway like the ones shown here if possible on your end so that customers can continue to purchase on your store.

I noticed that you currently do not have any social media channels linked to your store. Having social media set up for your brand and product is a great way to promote your store and also drive more traffic to it. We have a great help doc** here** that recommends some themes and options that allow you to add this feature. I hope this helps!
