Why is my account inactive and how can I reactivate it?

I just wanted to ask why my account has been inactive and is there any way to get him back.

You mentioned that your account has been inactive and you’re looking to regain access. Have you tried logging into your Shopify account? If so, you should be able to pay your existing bill to access your admin. If you are unable to log in, I suggest checking your email to see if you received any correspondence from our team. If so, kindly reply back to the email for next steps.
