Why is my account locked for review for months?

My account has been locked for review for at least a couple months. I went back through 4 months of shopify emails and found nothing that has anything to do with locking my account for review. I have found no way to get this unlocked. Suggestions?

When you say that your account is locked, do you mean access to your admin, or is the website itself offline?

Have you ever received an email from the escalated team(s) in relation to this, or any email asking for further information to be provided, etc? If you have an email from the team, this should have a ticket number associated with it (starts with #), and this is your direct communication with the escalated team. I would recommend you reply to that email, as the support agents here, on social media, or on our live chat/phone service would not have the same level of access to your account as the accounts team would, so they are the best people to chat with regarding your account.

However, if you do not have this email, or have since misplaced it, I would recommend reaching out to the live chat team(s) to investigate this further as account access is needed, and that is something that the Community Forums are unable to provide at this time. Please visit The Help Center and log in to your account to create a support request. Once logged in, search for a topic to try to assist you with this query, and you will see the option to continue to get to the live support teams below these topics.

Once the team verifies your account, then they can look into what has occurred for you here and what is currently possible.
