Why is my account not receiving a payout despite completing all security steps?

Help please

My account is no pause and I not sure why.
All required information and security information has been done.. including 2-Step authentication

Please advise what is needed to receive a payout? UTube videos are not helpful

I understand how important it is to receive your payouts. You mentioned that you already submitted the necessary information and completed all of the security steps as well. May I ask If you received any correspondence from our team regarding this via email? Or can you see any red or orange banners on the home screen of your admin section after you log in? These banners usually flag what the issue can be with your account Do you see anything asking you for additional information? If you weren’t sure, you can take a screenshot of the top of your homepage and I can help you with identifying what the banners mean. Please ensure that you block out any sensitive information.

We’d also be happy to continue assisting you through our Help Center. In order to access our live support, you will want to follow the on screen prompts to sign in, choose your topic and issue at the bottom of the help articles provided will be all available live support options.

I have done EVERYTHING however no change in the status of my account. I am not happy

I can definitely appreciate your frustration here. As this is a public platform we cannot access your account here, however, we can assist you through our Help Center. In order to access our live support, you will want to follow the on screen prompts to sign in, choose your topic and issue, then scroll to the bottom of the help article to view all of the available support options. From there, please let our advisors know that you would like an update on your ticket to ensure that all of the correct steps have been completed on your end. They should also be able to review the status of your ticket.

You also mentioned that you are receiving emails that are instructing you to go do something else in order to get help. Can you share some more information on this? What kind of information are they requesting from you?
