Why is my active online store suddenly unavailable?

Could you check your inbox, spam or junk folder for any correspondence from Shopify support? If you’re not able to locate an email, I encourage you to create a support request through the Shopify Help Center. Going through the help center will ensure your account is authenticated so that our team can take a closer look at your admin and account settings.

How to contact Shopify Support:

  • Navigate to the Shopify Help Center.
  • Log into your store.
