The same thing happened to our store yesterday. At first I thought that it had to be a ReCharge issue, but I then unpublished the subscription widget, and had the same problem with just the regular add to cart button taking over a minute to load. It resolved itself eventually, but was messed up for quite some time. We are also on the Mobilia theme.
