My add to cart button doesn’t work for some of my collections. It only works for one and this recently happened without me interfering with the code or anything. I’m unsure how to fix it.

It will not works if your product has variations. Customer need to select variations to add to cart
It doesn’t allow my customers to select variations (it did in the past however).
Because you hide Add to cart button from your product template. Please enable it from Online store > Themes > Customize > click dropdown menu at the top > Products > Product default > check on left menu and enable Buy buttons or add it if you don’t have by clicking on “+ Add block”
