Why is my add to cart button not working on Envy theme?

Hi there

I’m a bit panicky as my add to cart button isn’t working. I use the Envy theme by Eight but use Gem Pages to create the dynamic product pages. I have the AJAX cart turned off and my cart doesn’t work. However, If I turn it on it does work but then it takes the customer away from the page they are on. I could use some help as Gem Pages agents aren’t available.

Any thoughts?

I don’t know which app this is, but you need to contact them. It’s an issue from their end and this is a critical error.

Hi @kelleydangelo ,

I’ve consulted with GemPages’ tech staff about this issue, then we found a small conflict between the Product module and the Review form from 3rd app. Our team fixed this and shared the steps to avoid this issue in the future.

You could try to follow the instruction from that ticket and let us know how it goes.
