Why is my add to cart button shaded out on my online store?

Hi Team,

Ive just recently launched a online store however the add to cart button is shaded out and the item keeps saying sold/unavailable.

Please help me as i cant seam to see what’s the issues.

Thank you for posting in the Shopify Community, I’m happy to help you out and try to resolve your add to cart button issue. If you can share this information with me, that would be super helpful:

  • Is this happening for all your products or just one/a few?
  • Can you confirm that the product is set to Active rather than Draft, and that it is available to the Online Store sales channel?
  • Can you confirm that there is inventory in stock for the product in your Shopify admin?
  • Can you check whether you have the “Continue selling when out of stock” setting turned on for the product in your admin?
