Hi, does anyone know why my admin page would be blank when I go to sign in on my laptop? When I sign in on my laptop desktop my admin page is blank but I can sign in on my phone and it works fine. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Have you tried to clear your browser cache? Alternatively, try to do a test in an incognito browser window.

It was a very good idea to see if you could access your admin through the Shopify app, and this means there might be something on your laptop that is preventing Shopify from working how it should. Here are some troubleshooting steps to try to fix this:

Clear the cache and cookies (in Chrome, use the “all time” time range).
- Follow this article to see how to clear your cache and cookies.

Ensure the browser’s cookie preferences are NOT set to “Block all cookies”
- Switch settings to either ‘Allow all cookies’ or “Block third-party cookies in Incognito”

Try on another web browser, AND try within the browser’s incognito mode.
- Google Chrome is the browser we recommend using while using Shopify.

Disable browser extensions as these can interfere with some web pages.

Ensure the web browser is up to date on the latest version (we don’t support every browser, but we do support these ones.)

If you are using a VPN or firewall it could be blocking Shopify.
- Turn it off while you’re accessing your admin, and then turn it on when done.
If you try these steps and find you’re still not able to access the admin let me know and please provide me with the type of laptop you have as well as the browser you’re using.
