Hi, i have a Affiliate Apps on my shopify store, each time affiliate sign up in my store, they are allowed to create their own promo code to use in our store, but each time they try to use in our store, the code said that code is invalid, the Apps i use is ShoutOut, it was fine and this just happened a week ago.

it means you are coupon code is invalid. for some reason for that you have to
Create new one.
