Why is my app charge expired on my e-commerce platform?

Currently facing an issue below, when upgrading a plan for apps in Shopify.

Is the issue above due to Shopify or with the Shopify Apps? and how to resolve this?

Hope you are doing well.

This comes when the subscription charge is expired. I will suggest you to ask the app developer for a custom link or they can remove the subscription id from their database. If the issue persists, I recommend you connect with Shopify support via live chat or email.
