Why is my blog layout broken after theme update to 2.0?

Hi,

I’ve just updated a theme to support the new 2.0 shopify. In the process, something happened to the blog layout. I cannot find where its broken within the code, it seems identical as to the original theme.

It has gone with an in-line stacked layout, except the padding around buttons is off.
