Welcome to the Community! Definitely a great place to gather some input regarding anything about the platform! We have a great group of contributors who are always willing to provide their own expertise and experience with regards to Shopify!
When it comes to this document, what sort of reasons are you getting within your admin when the document gets rejected? Sometimes, it’s as simple as taking a new, clearer picture of said document for it to successfully go through.
I have also attached this great help document that outlines all accepted documents that we accept. This is definitely worth the look to ensure you are submitting the correct documents with the essential information that we need from you.
If this still does not work for you, I also recommend you reach out to our Live Support Team to inform them of such obstacles on your end. We get so many different varieties of documents given how each business is unique and sometimes, it takes one of our internal teams to manually review said document and push it forward for review.
