Hi! My Buy 2 Take 1 code is not working. Please help!!
For Buy 2, Get 1, the CODE must be applied after the 3rd item is added by the customer. Shopify will not add the 3rd one automatically to the cart. I only see 2 in your screenshot.

Hey Fundé, based on the screenshot you’ve posted, it sounds like you’re expecting an additional item to be added automatically to your customer’s cart, if they have 2 other eligible products in their cart.
If so, then you should use a “free gift with purchase” offer, not a “buy 2 take 1” discount.
