I’ve created a buy x get y discount campaign. However, it’s not working properly. There is a glitch or something. Normally the campaign details like this: when someone buy product X (valid for all products) and they will get 20% off for the selected X items from the collection called “Pasif”. Doesn’t matter how many products they add from the Pasif collection, they will get 20% discount for the each product from this specific collection.

However, the thing is, it’s kind of partly working. I will explain it with the screenshots in the cart/checkout page below.
As you can see in the screenshot above Secure Necklace is a product X and normal product let’s say and the rest of all product Y. Normally 20% off should be applied for all the product Y. However, as you can see Orca Necklace without discount.
However, when I remove the others it’s now 20% off. This is way too weird. I’ve tried everything but it’s still same. Remove the tags from these specific products, adding different products, changing the numbers of added products in the cart. In the discount page I’ve changed and tried it. It’s same…
Could you please help me with this issue which is quite urgent. How can we resolve this?
