Looking at your screenshots, it looks like your discount conditions are set up correctly. While I’m unable to confirm the products in the two collections, I was able to test the automatic discount on your store. I was able to get the automatic discount working by adding 6 phone cases to my cart (ie. buy 4 get 2 free), and the discount was automatically applied. However, I wasn’t able to get the discount code (ie. FREECASE) working, as the discount code is the same as the automatic discount. As a result, the automatic discount overrides the discount code and there’s an error which indicates a discount has already been applied. In order for me to test the discount code properly, are you able to change the conditions of the discount so it doesn’t conflict with the automatic discount?

That being said, I took the opportunity to look over your shop and I think your shop looks amazing! I can see a good amount of content and different sections on your homepage, and it was a pleasure to look at. The product images are also very high-quality, giving me a clear view of your products. I’m also seeing some great resources in your header and footer menus, which I’m sure customers will appreciate. Though there isn’t much to improve on from what I can see, there may be an opportunity to reduce the white space between the sections as well as in the header and footer.
