I had a customer contact me last not saying the checkout button isn’t working. I can reproduce this same issue on my end also. The cursor changes to a 
symbol and greys out. Any help would be appreciated.

Issue is with JS conflict and console show it’s with upsell app.

Hmm, alright. I removed that app but I am having trouble figuring out where that code is now.
Check their manual installation guide and do opposite of it.
I was able to find the code and delete it. Thanks!
Now your store checkout button is working for me
Hi Guleria, i am suffering something similar with the difference it has just happen “suddenly” since this morning. The check out button is not working properly. When you click on it, it refreshes the cart page and nothing happens.
If I use the PayPal, Apple Pay or Google pay buttons it works but not through the checkout button which calls the Shopify credit cards platform.

Check the console you will find the errors.
btw try to remove this onclick=“recurringOrdersCheckout(event)” function from checkout button html.
You can find it in cart.liquid under Templates or section-cart.liquid under sections depends on the structure of the theme you are using.
And still if it’s not fixed then first you have to first fix the all the conflicts
