Can you please share store url ?
My primary domain is ezco.tv
But here you can see that the checkout link generated on the product page is https://temple-visuals.myshopify.com/cart/44135930986715:1?channel=buy_button
I tried by adding to cart in website as well, it is correctly going to cart for me

I was also able to load the checkout using the link you shared and also by going to the cart and navigating to the checkout from there.
Can you please do some local troubleshooting and let us know the results?

I have tested in Chrome and Safari
I have tested on desktop (Macbook Air) and mobile (iPhone 14)
It wasn’t happening in private mode, but it’s now happening there as well
We were made aware of this issue by multiple (prospective) customers trying to purchase something but being sent on the same loop.
Our site is set up with a tag on each product “all access only” that turns the add to cart into a redirect towards our bundle package. Underneath each add to cart button on the product page (example: https://ezco.tv/collections/002-texture-color/products/mixed-media) is a link that says “Or Buy Now for $XX.” This is connected to a checkout link for that product. But currently this is not working on any product/checkout link.
Prior to this issue (yesterday) we were having absolutely no issues with steady sales. And we have not made any changes to our site or settings in over a week or more.
Thank you for clarifying that. I am not seeing anything on my end currently that could be causing this issue, but I definitely want to help you to troubleshoot this.
I do recommend reaching out to our authenticated support team for additional help in reviewing that, as they can check which apps are installed and if they made any updates or changes to your theme file.
On my end, this is what I am seeing when I use the buttons on the product page you linked me to:
If I use the Get All Access button, I can see the URL below as the destination and I am redirected to this page:
If I use the “Or buy now for $39” link, this is the URL I see as the destination:
Now the second link appears to be a customized link, was this created using the Buy Button sales channel in your store? The Buy Button sales channel is optimized for linking to websites outside of Shopify and not from within your existing Shopify store.
If this has been working up to this point though, I recommend recreating the link in the Buy Button sales channel and updating it there.
