Why is my checkout page path over-reporting conversions?

Since last Monday, I have been seeing a lot of conversions coming from our store checkout with this path:

“checkout/checkout_one_web_analytics.” This is causing the conversion to be over-reported. We are using GTM and Google app on our store to report conversion back to Google Ads and Google Analytics. However, we did not implement any changes regarding analytics. Does anyone know what can cause this URL?
