Why is my collection not displaying on my ecommerce site?

My collection is not showing on my site. I have updated the collection, confirmed that the items are active and that the correct collection is set to display. There are 438 products in the collection. On my site, I am using DAWN version 12.0, it shows the default shirts and says to remove filters and shows 0 products. It has been working fine for about 45 days since it was launched. The products are set to update automatically in the collection, so I verified the rules and it has 438 active products. I have about 20k products in my store total. I have had issues before with the products not updating but never not showing at all. I do update my inventory daily and overwrite about 1-2 a week and I do not know if this may cause part of the issue. Recently I started using the inventory feature and not all of the products in the collection are set to track. If this is part of it the other collections show out of stock or do not list a quantity if the tracker is not set. I apologize if this is elementary, I am only 45 days old so any help is appreciated.
