Why is my collection sorting not functioning in Ella theme?

Hi there

The sort by functionality is not working on my store.

Under collections I have “enable sorting” ticked.

I’m not sure what else to try. I am using the Ella theme if that makes a difference?

Is anyone able to assist with this?

We have analyzed and it’s in the theme. And to know what exactly is causing error. We will require the store credentials to fix that.
