Hey there!
I tried to add a contact us form to our website, however when I click on ‘Contact us’ nothing happens and the form does not even load if it makes sense.
I followed these processes:
-Customised theme
-Added to pages
-Added to navigation on our footer menu and linked it to the contact us page.
Still nothing! ‘Contact us’ appears on the footer menu but it’s not clickable.
Any suggestions?

Actually someone else did the customised the theme bit.
I had just tried to solve the problem by adding the contact us to both pages and navigation linked it to the contact us page - obviously it did not work.
If it helps this how the guy customised the theme - he added a url link to the contact us bit (see screenshot). However when I clicked on it it just barely takes me to the homepage of the site. Not sure what he did honestly.

We would like to suggest you a solution below:
Go to Online Store > Themes > Edit Code. Then search “footer” to find a file containing the code of the footer. Look for “social-icons__item contact-us” in each of those files until you find the file.
Please change the link in the href of the tag to a link to the contact us page.
I hope that this can help you solve the issue.
