my contact us page is sending blank email to our sales email. it was working last week. A customer was able to go to our contact us page and enter information, which would be relayed to our team via an email. Now the email is coming in notifying of a customer message but the email is blank.

We are having the same problem.
Our sales report also came through blank yesterday.
I just contacted support and got this message:
Thank you so much for waiting, I just spoke with our Technical team, and I was advised that investigation found that this is not an issue with Shopify. Emails source shows that the email data is there, but Outlook is suddenly not rendering that.
NEXT STEPS:
- The Outlook App on a mobile device may render the email properly. Same with the Outlook web portal.
- Alternatively, we may want to use another e-mail service provider where possible.
- You can also contact Outlook support for further assistance.
Yes I got the same answer, which is not helpful. You can see the content in Outlook web or mobile, but of course we use the Outlook desktop app. Did anyone find a workaround or fix?
