Hello @VannaBelt ,

I am Gina from flareAI app. Hope you are having a good day.

Can you drop your store link?

It’s important to note that a good conversion rate can vary depending on the industry, the type of product or service you are offering, and the target audience you are trying to reach.

Conversion rate is the percentage of visitors to your website who take a desired action, such as making a purchase or filling out a form.

In your case, the conversion rate is calculated as follows:

38 sessions converted ÷ 115 people reached checkout × 100 = 33%

which means that 33% of the people who reached the checkout page on your website actually converted.

While a conversion rate of 33% might seem low, it’s important to keep in mind that it’s just an average and can be influenced by many factors. Some common reasons for low conversion rates include:

  1. Poor website design or user experience
  2. Slow page load speed
  3. Lack of trust signals, such as customer reviews or security badges
  4. Unclear or confusing product or service offerings
  5. Inadequate or irrelevant product information or images

If you are operating in a highly competitive industry with a large number of well-established players, a conversion rate of 33% might be considered good. However, if you are in a niche market with few competitors, you might aim for a higher conversion rate.

You may drop your store URL for feedback from Shopify Community and identify any issues with your website design or user experience, optimize your page load speed, add trust signals to your website, and improve the quality and relevance of your product or service offerings.
