Hi @Chloe_M
I’m Garcia from PageFly - Page Builder App.
Congratulations on your new store! As a CRO expert, I would be happy to share some suggestions that I think could help you improve your store’s conversion rate.
1. Add testimonial/customer reviews for your pages
Although your homepage and product pages have a lot of relevant content, they lack social proof. You can add testimonials about happy customer experiences on your homepage, as well as customer reviews and a call to action encouraging customers to leave reviews on your product pages.
Social proof is a powerful way to build trust and credibility with potential customers. When they see that other people have had positive experiences with your products or services, they’re more likely to trust you and make a purchase.
2. Use human model for product image
You sell sterling silver products, but some of your products do not have images of human models wearing them. This can make it difficult for customers to visualize how the product will look on them, which could lead to a decrease in trust and sales. I recommend adding at least one image of a human model wearing each product to improve this.
3. Improve your store loading speed
Your store’s page speed is 41 on mobile and 62 on desktop, which is quite low. This slow loading speed can be a major problem for customer experience and may lead to lost sales.
According to Google PageSpeed Insights, there are some specific areas that can be improved to speed up your store’s page load time. You can access Google PageSpeed Insights to see detailed recommendations for improving your page speed.
4. Prepare your store for upcoming sale season
The holiday season is approaching, and many businesses are gearing up for festivities like Black Friday Cyber Monday (BFCM) and Halloween. Your products are a perfect fit for this holiday season, so I highly recommend applying these tips to make the most of it.
Here are some specific tips that you can use:
- Create holiday-themed landing pages: Create dedicated landing pages for specific holiday promotions or events. These pages can highlight exclusive deals and provide a cohesive holiday experience for visitors. For example, you could create a landing page for Black Friday Cyber Monday (BFCM) that features all of your best deals and offers.
- Use countdown timers: Use countdown timers for limited-time offers or flash sales to create a sense of urgency and drive conversions. This is a great way to encourage customers to make a purchase before the offer expires. For example, you could create a countdown timer for a Black Friday Cyber Monday sale that ends at midnight on November 26th.
- Offer a gift-wrapping service: Offer a gift-wrapping service during checkout to make it convenient for customers who are purchasing gifts for others. This is a small gesture that can go a long way in making customers feel appreciated.
- Implement a personalized recommendation engine: Implement a personalized recommendation engine to suggest products based on customers’ browsing and purchase history. This will help you to ensure that customers see products that are relevant to their interests, which can lead to increased sales.
Cheers,
