Looking for some help - I must be doing something wrong?
I have installed Creative Hub and linked it to Shopify. I have uploaded a few files to Creative Hub, set print sizes and saved everything. However, when I go back to Shopify and click on Creative Hub in apps I don’t see any products to import.
I have tried refreshing, logging off and on again, restarting my PC and uninstalling and then reinstalling Creative Hub.
Any suggestions or tips for what I’ve done wrong?
