I understand that you are experiencing an issue with a currency converter app, as changing the currency to USD from the dropdown menu still shows prices in INR.
Have you explored the available settings in the app itself to make sure you have correctly configured the currency converter app? There may be some settings that you can check to make sure that USD is selected as the desired currency. To check this simply navigate to the Apps section of your admin and then click into the BEST Currency Converter app and then possibly to a settings section within the app.
Have you tried clearing the cache & cookies of your browser, or even trying to access your store from another up to date browser? Sometimes, cached data can interfere with the display of updated information, so clearing your browser cache may help.
If the issue persists, then reaching out to the developers of the app would be a good idea. This is a third-party app developed by an external team, and so they would have the most accurate information and can hopefully provide assistance in troubleshooting this problem.
