I apologise for the question as many people have asked and have been given answers. I have researched, and tried to figure it out myself but sadly have only ended in failures. Basically, the problem is a light grey background on what is supposed to be a white background on an animated GIF image on both the header and custom content image. My priority is more the custom content image rather than header. My first option worked seamlessly which was a video format that looped, but I ran into an error with mobile not auto playing the video on loop which seems to have no work around because IOS doesn’t like to autoplay videos(?), so I resorted to a GIF image instead and have now run into the grey background issue. Help would be greatly appreciated!
