Why is my custom form radio button causing a cart error?

Hello

I added a form with 2 radio buttons on my cart page which are required. I’m not live yet.
When a button is clicked I get an error on the cart, the customer can checkout however.
“There was an error while updating your cart. Please try again”

I searched for a novalidate but that isn’t in my cart liquid.
In my console I see {“errors”:“expected String to be a Integer: quantity”}
