Why is my custom form showing an error after filling all details?

Hello Experts,

We have a custom form link==> https://www.athreyaherbs.com/account/register

Whenever a user selects the membership Student.

Despite filling all the details. It still shows “Some error(s) occurred in form, please check.”

Could you’ll please let me know if any thing is wrong and needs to be fixed.

This issue because membership is Student hide this section

But still have Js code on file registration-form-custom.js validate to required enter content
