Hello,
I had a customer contact me about a charge to their credit card for $2.80. I don’t see anything in my orders about this charge. They used Mastercard as payment but I’m assuming any credit card surcharge would be taken off from our end not the customer side.
I have attached the charge screenshot below.
Any help would be much appreciated!
