Hi there would really appreciate anybody who can help me solve this issue. My footer menu on dawn theme is only showing on the mobile view but for some reason is not there when switched to desktop view.

Since each theme has its own different element, the theme provider is best equipped with the knowledge of how to customize it. I suggest you to contact your theme provider for the solution.
