Happy to help here! While I am not sure what the cause of this was specifically, there was no change internally that could have caused this in terms of updates to the Shopify infrastructure.
Can you tell me if your domain settings have been changed recently? Have you added a custom domain or made changes to the redirect settings within your admin?
Do you see this while you proceed to the internal theme editor or only on your live website itself?
