I have digital downloads app and have been using successfully for a couple of years. It is no longer working. Purchaser receives email indicating digital downloads are ready, but no link is included.
What do I need to do to fix this?

Have you recently installed any new apps? It is possible that there is a conflict with another app within your store. You can also check your Shopify settings and apps to see if there are any conflicts or updates that need to be made.
Additionally, you can check your Digital Downloads email settings to ensure that the email notifications are set up correctly and that the links are not being blocked by spam filters.
