Hi, I have a discount code that appears to have stopped working, despite it being setup to run until 16th December 16:59. It has been working but today it is saying that it is no longer valid with the items. Can anyone shed some light on how I might correct this?
As I say, it has been working and we have had sales through it, but as of today we have customers contacting us to advise that they haven’t been able to use the code. I also can’t make it work when I trial it myself.
It is a buy X get Y for free discount code.
