Your store looks great, but I have some feedback that could help you improve your conversion rate (CRO).
1. Check the store overlay and click action on all anchor links and buttons
After closing the email subscription modal on the home page, a full-page overlay appears, blocking access to all other buttons and links. This may be why no one is visiting any other pages on the site.
Please check this issue so that the website can function normally.
2. Add call-to-action button on your hero banner and make the header more visible
Place a call-to-action button on your hero banner on the homepage that prompts users to take a specific action, such as signing up for your email list, learning more about your product, or making a purchase.
3. Add social proof on home page
Use social proof to build trust and credibility with your visitors. This could include displaying customer testimonials, reviews, or ratings, or showing how many people have signed up for your email list or purchased your product.
4. Add testimonial
Use testimonials to showcase positive reviews from your customers and build trust with potential visitors. Testimonials can be placed on your homepage, product pages, or in your blog posts.
5. Add a newsletter section on homepage
Include a newsletter section on your homepage to collect email addresses from visitors and stay in touch with them. The newsletter section should be prominently displayed and easy to find. It should include a clear call-to-action, such as “Sign up for our newsletter” or “Get our latest news and updates.”
6. Add unique sections for the big sale season (option)
Don’t miss out on the opportunity to boost your CRO with promotion campaigns leading up to the end of the year. With careful planning, you can take advantage of the upcoming holidays and Back-to-School season. If you haven’t started planning yet, don’t worry! There’s still plenty of time to get started. Here are a few ideas to help you get going:
- Offer promotions and discounts*:* Don’t forget to offer attractive deals or bundle offers on your Back-to-School collection. You could consider providing discounts, freebies, or exclusive student offers to entice shoppers. This is a great way to boost sales and attract new customers.
- Email marketing campaign*:* With a well-designed email marketing campaign, you can reach out to your customers with targeted Back-to-School promotions. Highlight your offers and encourage customers to visit your website by designing engaging email campaigns. You could also consider segmenting your email list based on customer preferences, demographics, or past purchases to provide more personalized recommendations. This is a great way to stay top-of-mind with your customers and boost sales during the Back-to-School season.
