Why is my domain connected but SSL still pending?

im not sure if iv set it up correctly but the domain is showing connected yet there is ssl pending. when i go to view my store it shows network solutions ?? www.limeadebeauty.com

I am not quite sure whether I set up the setup correctly, but the domain is showing as connected, but SSL is pending. On my store, I see that it has been set up with network solutions.

When you’ve connected a third-party domain to Shopify, an SSL certificate is created. An SSL pending error indicates that the SSL is not active.

The pending SSL status will transition to provisioned when the domain is pointing to Shopify. Please allow up to 48 hours for provision certificates within your admin.

If the SSL pending error is still displaying after 48 hours, try following these steps:

  • Ensure that your A Record is 23.227.38.65
  • CNAME record is: shops.myshopify.com
  • If you use CAA records, verify that you have added all the required certification authorities.
  • If you use an AAAA record, remove it.
  • If you have DNSSEC enabled for your domain, then disable it.

You can also contact your third-party domain provider to ensure it is configured correctly on their end.
