Hi my domain keep saying not connected what should I do to connect it?

What steps have you taken to connect this domain so far? You mentioned it keeps saying not connected - where are you seeing this error? Thanks for getting back!

I am not actually able to access that link as it is a link to your own store admin. From what you have described however, it sounds like you have tried to connect a third party domain to your store. I gather than you have added the domain to your admin, but it is saying not connected.

This is most likely because the DNS settings for the domain haven’t been changed to point towards Shopify. Who is your domain provider? You will need to log in to their website, and locate the section where you can access the DNS settings. Feel free to reach out to their own support if you need assistance finding that.

You will need to change the A record of the domain to the Shopify IP address of 23.227.38.65 and point the CNAME record with the name www to shops.myshopify.com . Feel free to use this guide on connecting third party domains to Shopify.

Bear in mind that any changes to DNS settings can take up to 48 hours to propagate across the internet, so you may not see an instant result. After changing the DNS settings, you can click into the domain in your admin and verify the connection. If enough time has passed and all is working correctly, it should verify successfully!
