Hello @thevacuumstore ,
Greetings! I am Gina from the flareAI app helping Shopify merchants get $6Million+ in sales from Google Search, on autopilot.
Can you drop your store link here?
If the domain says “not connected” and “not yet verified”, it means there’s some issue with the connection between your domain and Shopify. This could be due to a temporary problem or changes made to your domain settings.
To fix this, check your domain settings in Shopify and make sure they are correct. This includes ensuring that your domain is properly configured and that DNS settings are correct. If you’re still having trouble, you may contact Shopify support for further assistance.
It’s also possible that recent changes to your domain registrar or domain transfer may have caused the issue. In this case, contact your domain registrar for specific instructions on how to update your domain settings in Shopify.
However, take a look at Shopify’s guide on verifying a domain.

Hi, @thevacuumstore !
Thanks for reaching out in our Community forums and sharing your concern. I’m happy to help.
I understand how important it is to have your domain up and running again. The first thing you will want to do is view the status of your domain. This can be accessed by logging into the account in which your domain registrar is connected to. If you purchased your domain from Shopify, or transferred it over, then you will be able to access this page from your Shopify Admin > Online Store > Domains section. You will then want to follow these steps to ensure that your domain is connected once again.
Another common cause of this is due to your domain being expired. If this is the case, you will want to renew your domain and connect the domain once again. If this is the case, I suggest setting up your domain for auto renewal as well.
We’d be happy to continue assisting you through live chat, email, or callback. Please visit our Help Center and log in to your account to create a support request.
Let me know how this goes!
