Hello Shopify support team
It’s been 2 Weeks since I’ve added my domain to my Shopify store and another week since I’ve set all setting up.
For more than one week, I only see SSL Pending next to my domain.
I don’t know what to do anymore because I correctly set up my A and CNAME on my Domain settings and still nothing has changed, furthermore did the Domain provider not say that anything is wrong.
Pls help me.

For better visibility, are you able to share your domain? I’d like to look up the DNS settings to ensure they’re pointing to Shopify.
An SSL pending domain indicates that the SSL certificate on that domain is currently pending. This results in the SSL not being active. The SSL pending domain should transition to provisioned once the domain is added and pointing to Shopify. Adding a custom domain creates a new SSL certificate and this process can take up to 48 hours. An SSL unavailable error is displayed in your Shopify admin and you may see a security error within your web browser when visiting your store.
Once we receive your domain and check the DNS settings, we’ll be able to further investigate the underlying issue and work together to have this resolved.
